    Description

      Currently there's a bit of inconsistency when it comes to the naming of the Assignee field. Input boxes display 'Assign To'. The issue navigator displays 'Assignee'. The Excel view displays 'Assign To'. This should be made consistent across JIRA to be 'Assignee'.
