More user friendly message if "saveDir" is not properly configured

I went into this problem (see attachment) after I incorrectly provided an invalid/not-existing path for webwork.multipart.saveDir in the webwork.properties. I have taken a look into the code too, and it seems like the JiraServletDispatcher does not validate the path.
