Changing locale causes no translation change for 'Browse Projects' menu tab unless a project has been or is already selected

    Description

      To reproduce:

      1. Ensure when clicking on 'Browse Project' menu tab, a project isn't already selected but a list of All projects are shown
      2. Change locale from None to one that's not English (Profile -> Edit Preferences)
      3. Click Update
      --> Other menu tabs are internationalised except 'Browse Projects'
      4. Click on 'Browse Projects'
      5. Select a project
      --> 'Browse Project' is translated

      Note. If Step 1 above is changed to ensuring that when you click on 'Browse Projects and a project is selected instead and then the rest of the steps are executed like normal then all translations for 'Browse Projects' are fine.
