Way to exclude e-mail attachments from being attached to the case based on file type or file name

    Description

      We frequently open cases by e-mail, and some people here have either signed e-mail, or graphics in their signatures, and these files are attached to the cases.

      Is there a way to prevent these files of being attached to the case, for example, something that says that *.p7s or image001.gif is not to be attached to the cases ?
