new notification type for "Sub-task of issue created"

      This is sort of similar to JRA-8514, but requesting email notifications for a different type of event.

      When an issue gets a sub-task created, the people who are watching the main issue do not get an email notification. I suppose an 'issue created' event is fired, so just people associated with the new sub-task receive notification. Watchers of the parent issue get no notification.

      Is there an easy workaround we could use to set up notifications like this?
