A report the user can select a period of time and get the list of released versions for all projects in that period.
The report shoud have information such as:

• Project name
• Project leader
• Version name
• Version description
• Released date
• Publication responsible (maybe a new attribute when releasing a version)
• Free description (a place where you can add information regarding the publication process)
