      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When we enter comments on an issue, it is not always necessary to receive a notification therefore it would be nice to have a "quiet save" button which will not send email notifications - and like in Wiki, the "save" button will send notifications.
