A customer has requested the ability to have a post-function that would be added to say the standard 'Start Progress' transition which would essentially start the time-spent clock ticking. Then if the user was to click on 'Stop Progress' a time spent value would be added to the issue (based on the difference in time between the time stop progress was actioned and the time start progress was actioned). The remaining estimate would be auto-adjusted.

An extenion point for this workflow would be somehow enable the transition screen to present the user with options to auto-adjust the remaining estimate, leave the remaining estimate intact, manually set the remaining estimate.
