Issue Summary
Speech recognition is currently not an option in the new issue view, only from the transition screen for example. It would be great to have speech recognition in the 'Reply to customer'/comment section as well as the transition screen.
Expected Results
Speech recognition is available when replying to a customer in the comment section.
Actual Results
No Speech recognition is available when replying to a customer in the comment section.
Workaround
Use the transition screen when making comment updates
