Remove the limit of only 3 Forge validators that can be added to a transition in a workflow

      Currently, the Workflow Enhancer for Jira adds functionality to the workflow validator, where it allows a Universal Validator. However, there's a limitation of only three forge validators allowed.

      There are cases where a bigger number of forge validators is needed, and it would be good if it could be changed.
