Export an Excel of JQL search will export issue key without links

Steps to Reproduce

• In the issue search, the user clicks on the “Open in Microsoft Excel“ icon.
• In the export file, the key column does not return the same format value.
• Some lines have value in the key column with the issue key having a link pointing to the issue and some others have not the link.

Expected Results

The issue key should have links for the issue key.

Actual Results

The issue key is not having a link pointing/redirecting to the issue. If the project has project key XXX_XX-# (where XXX_XX is the project key and # is the issue number) the key in the exported file will not have a link in the issue key, if the project key is XXX-# (where XXX is the project key and # is the issue number), the exported file will have a link in issue key column.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
