Make "Start Date" of "Log Work" action smarter to better guess the start time

      While logging the Time spent under Time Tracking, the Start Date is not respecting the entered Time Spent.

      For example if we enter 2d it is taking "Start Date" as today's date itself.

      Suggestions

      Make the start date default to when the last transition occurred
      Make the start date default to current time minus what is entered in "Time Spent"
