Email notification on backup export failure

      Hi,

      We have a backup service setup within Jira. We have had a few instances of corrupt data entering our database. Then when Jira tries to export the data to the XML file it fails.

      It would be a useful feature if Jira could email a desnignated user when the backup fails.
