New user preference to turn off all email notifications - for holidays etc.

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      We need to add a new user preference that allows people to turn off all email notifications - for holidays etc.

      Perhaps allow the user to turn them off, on, or specify a date range to have them turned off.

      It would be nice if we could also allow users to specify which notifications to turn off / on - based on priority level, assignee etc.
