Description
Issue Summary
Whenever a Jira Dashboard is created and DateTime Fields are shown in a Gadget, the value rendered is adjusted to be in GMT +0 timezone regardless of User Timezone configuration. This causes the User to see two different values depending on how they're viewing the same Issue, such as: between the Dashboard Gadget and the Issue View.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Jira Dashboard with any Gadget that lists Issues with Issue Fields
- Add a DateTime Field Column to the Gadget.
- View gadget to see that the DateTime is in GMT +0 regardless of User Timezone.
Expected Results
The DateTime Field value is expected to honor User Timezones so that the time is represented as the User would see it in other Views, such as the Issue View.
Actual Results
The DateTime Field value is altered to be in GMT +0 timezone causing the user to see two different values between the Issue View, which honors User Timezones, and the Dashboard, which doesn't.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
