Include reaction type (e.g. thumbs-up) in sidebar and email notifications

It is really problematic that 'reaction' notifications don't include the reaction. It forces me to wait for the entire issue to load and me to scroll – just so I can see "👍"

Please just include what the reaction is, in the notification, in some way.
