      A suggestion : show the version comment in the tooltip for version listboxes, in issue creation/transition screens, in a way similar to what you already do with Componenent descriptions.

      This would really be useful as it is sometimes difficult to remember, when planning an issue, what version corresponds to what timeframe/set of features/client/younameit
