Add option to collapse the right panel of the new issue view

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      The right side panel under the new issue view sometimes contain a large number of fields (as per configured layout and per business requirement.

      It will be a good thing to have an option to collapse the right panel from view when required to have a cleaner visibility when viewing the issue.

      Similar to the left side panel. See screenshot below:
