      I'd like to raise the suggestion that was suggested in an old ticket (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-31309).

      As a Jira cloud user (admin), I would like to have the ability to restrict my users from selecting a fix version that is marked as "RELEASED" the Releases Version.

      Having said that, I would still like to have the option to select this "RELEASED" version as an "Affected Version" since bugs/customer complaints might still come from this "RELEASED" version.
