Let NonQuotedCommentHandler use pluggable regular expressions to separate quoated message part.

      Currently simple lines can only be used. Hwoever the fear is that they can catch valid input and mark it as 'quotation', hence losing information.

      We should expand this to allow regular expressions. We can also look into specifying different regular expressions per message type.
