Issue Summary

Comments edited by another user shows the original users' name in the activity stream

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Service Desk project edit a comment posted by a different user
2. Check the History tab - nothing appears
3. Check Activity Stream - it shows the original user's name as edited

Expected Results

The user who edited the comment should be shown in the Activity Stream

Actual Results

The user who edited the comment should show the user name who edited the comment in the Activity Stream
