Workflow to confirm resolution for external users

      We often receive reports from external users (outside of company) for issues. It would be ideal to import these reports from a source (email or a web form), track the issue to resolution, then notify the external user that the issue is resolved and ask them to confirm. After they've confirmed, close issue.
