      Issue Summary

      Logging time in Spanish can log time incorrectly.

      Environment

      Set user preferences to have Spanish language

      Steps to Reproduce

      Log 2.5 hours on an issue

      Expected Results

      It logs 2.5 hours

      Actual Results

      It logs 25 hours.

      Workaround

      Logging time as 2h 30m will work correctly.
