Resolution: Won't Fix
At the moment, we can't set an ETA for this feature to be released, since there's a number of factors that determine how our product team prioritizes new features.

Problem Definition
It used to be able to change Link Color in color scheme; however, currently Jira only allows admins to specify these two:
- Sidebar
- Text and icon
Suggested Solution
Provide a way for admins to specify the color of unvisited and visited links in new Jira issue view.
Workaround
There are several browser extensions available to change style such as:

Note that these extensions are not officially supported by Atlassian. Also, consider adding yourself as a watcher to be kept informed as to the state of this feature request moving forward. With that way, if our development team updates the ticket, you'll be notified via email.
