Missing GROUP_BY clause in the pseudo sql filter language

Runs a JQL query and tries to aggroup the results by a common field such as fixVersion or sprint. This functionality may act like the GROUP BY clause from SQL.

Give JQL the ability to create reports grouped by a given field as the GROUP BY clause from SQL.
