Not possible to add a new status

It is not possible to create a new status.
As result the following error is generated:

com.atlassian.jira.exception.DataAccessException: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericEntityException: while inserting: [GenericEntity:Status][id,10008][sequence,30][description,null][name,Park][statuscategory,1][iconurl,/images/icons/statuses/generic.png] (SQL Exception while executing the following:INSERT INTO public.issuestatus (ID, SEQUENCE, pname, DESCRIPTION, ICONURL, STATUSCATEGORY) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?) (ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "pk_issuestatus"))

In order to reproduce it:

1. Go to the Administration -> Issues -> Issue Attributes -> Statuses
2. Enter Name (any value)
3. Press Add button
