Broken Sub-Task description

When Editing a sub-task the Descriptions are incorrect - being simply a copy of the Sub-Task Name rather than the actual Description as visible on the Manage Sub-Task page (as originally created).

Steps to reproduce

1. Click add Sub-task Issue type button
2. Enter sub-task's name and add description to the sub-task
3. Click on Add
4. Click on Edit

Expected Behaviour
Name and description will be displayed correctly

Actual Behaviour
Descriptions are incorrect - being simply a copy of the Sub-Task Name rather than the actual Description as visible on the Manage Sub-Task page

Workaround
Edit the sub-task issue type description from Issue type Menu instead of Sub-task menu.
