Cannot change Resolution of JIRA issues in the Create Issue Transition.

Summary

Trying to change the Resolution of an issue at the Issue Creation transition using JIRA built in Post function does not work.

Environment

Cloud - 1000.824.3

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set a workflow and put a Post function on it to change the issue Resolution
2. Create an issue

Expected Results

The Resolution should be changed.

Actual Results

The Resolution doesn't change.

Notes

Works fine for other transitions.
The order of the post functions doesn't matter.

Workaround

Set the resolution after creating the issue.
