Issue Collector returns error when attachments are being attached on IE

Summary

Issue collector throws an error when attachments are attached to IE 11. This has been successfully being replicated on 11.0.9600.17631 .

Steps to Replicate

1. Load an issue collector on IE 11.
2. Try to raise a new ticket and attach a new file to the ticket.
3. The below error will be returned Cannot attach file issue collector.html: JIRA could not attach the file as there was a missing token. Please try attaching the file again. .
4. Attempting the action again will return Cannot attach file issue collector.html: JIRA could not attach the file as there was a missing token. Please try attaching the file again..

Expected results.

Attachments should be attached to the ticket without issues.

Current results

Attachment cannot be attached and error message is returned.

Note : Issue collector worked fine on my latest version of Chrome (Version 51.0.2704.103 m) .
