Bulk Create Csv - Rounding time tracking estimates

      When I import an CVS file to create issues on Jira Cloud (Menu: Issues < Import Issues from CSV) the Original estimete time set on the sheet is rounded into jira cloud.

      Exemple:
      (CSV) Original Estimate = 2400 seconds
      (Jira) Original Estimate = 1 hours
      (the correct value on Jira would be 1.5 hours)

      Please check this error.

      Note: this bug only occurse when you select HOUR as default timetracking value.
