CSV import cannot import datetimes

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Date import should be able to import both date and datetime values.

      Specifying something like this for the format should allow you to import both types of data: "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm"

      Jira should expect to find only YYYY-MM-DD for dates and the full version for date-time fields.
