Drag and Drop attachments not working in Firefox 52.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Firefox 52.0
2. Go to an Issue and try to add an attachment by dragging and dropping the file

Expected Results

The file is attached in the issue

Actual Results

The browser opens the file and the file isn't attached to the Issue
