      Problem Definition

      Currently there is no way to set fields to read only from the view issue screen.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow ability to restrict field edits from the view issue screen.

      Why this is important

       By restricting the ability to edit from view issue. It can help avoid users entering erroneous data.
