SubTask Creation Event fired before link is created to Parent

      SubTask Creation Event fired before link is created to Parent issue.

      This can be problematic when writing a listener dealing with subtasks and the parents as the parent is not yet available when the listener recieves the event.

      Firing the event after the link is created with the parent issue would resolve this.
