Problem Definition

When exporting an issue using the printable export, it does not export the issue activity and only comments are exported along with the issue details.

Suggested Solution

Allow JIRA to export the issue activity on the printable export.

Workaround

Option 1:

• You can use a browser plugin to take a scrolling screenshot :

Option 2:

• Use the browser print feature to print the entire screen. Make sure to add ?filter=-1 at the end of the issue URL in order to be able to print all the activity in case it has multiple pages (e.g http://cloud_site_name.atlassian.net/browse/TEST-1?filter=-1)
