      Summary

      The "Create backup for server" option in JIRA's backup manager fails with an error:

      Export error
      Failed to downgrade JIRA Cloud to JIRA Server common denominator version
      But don't worry, we'll fix it for you!
      You just need to contact Atlassian support and paste in this error message, timestamp and your instance details.
