The ability to Modify the Reporter and also being the reporter of a cloned Sub-task

      Currently, as per Cloning and Sub-Tasks documentation, there is no alternative to change the reporter of a sub-task when cloning the issue.

      In some scenarios, the user wants to be able to Modify the Reporter as well as having the ability to be the reporter of the cloned issue.

      It will be great if that was possible to accommodate for such scenarios.
