Allow the Trello importer to map users

      Currently, importing Trello projects into JIRA will not allow the user to map the users in the projects, creating duplicate users in the process.

      There should be an option to allow the user to map the users during the import process, to save the effort of cleaning up the duplicate users afterwards.
