Custom issue label fields should auto-complete when filtering just like the default label field. Without autocomplete, custom label fields are very cumbersome for filtering, since you need to enter the exact label to match.

Auto-complete for custom fields works well in other areas of the UI - it appears that filtering is the odd screen out.
