Ability to remove logged work from user profile activity stream

Problem Definition

When going to a user's profile on JIRA anyone can see in the activity stream the time the this user has logged on issues.

Suggested Solution

There should be an option to filter this activity stream and remove the logged work from it.

Why this is important

Some projects may require a certain level of confidentiality when it comes to work logged on issues, user wise.
