      Problem Definition

      In some environments, both POP and IMAP are restricted from external access, however authentication through 'RPC over HTTP' or ActiveSync are allowed

      This can prevent Cloud Customers from being able to setup Custom Mail Handlers with their Exchange Servers

      Suggested Solution

      Include an option within the JIRA mail handlers to authenticate to Exchange Servers using 'RPC over HTTP' or ActiveSync

      Workaround

      Allow POP(s) or IMAP(s) protocols
