As an end user viewing Scrum and Kanban boards, I would like to select a user from a dynamic dropdown list of users to filter on issues by assignee.

I've seen this implemented in a few organisations as Quick Filters but the list is static and often needs updating when new users are introduced or people leave the project. Also if there are many users, there becomes many quick filters.

Presenting a dynamic dropdown list of users who have work visible on the board which would filter by assignee would be an ideal solution to this common problem.
