Ability to preview video and audio attachments in issues

      Problem Definition

      After attaching .mov video file formats in an issue, clicking on it will download the file rather than preview it on the issue itself.

      Unlike other video formats such as .ogv and mp4 which do preview the video on the issue.

      The same problem occurs with .wav file format.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability to preview .mov video files and .wav audio files just like the rest of the video formats, instead of having to download the file in order to view it.
