IP address range is not updated in documentation

      https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/database-and-ip-information-744721662.html is not properly updated to reflect the new IP range we have for the new data centers like SC3, ASH2 and SM2 and so on.

      Customers who referred to the documentation still get their notifications filtered due to the newer range not being listed.
