CSV export should contain column with URL to JIRA issue

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As a user, project manager, product owner I would like to see a column in the CSV export containing a direct link (URL) to the JIRA in the JIRA instance the export was generated from.

      The new CSV export is exporting issue key as a text, i.e. "JRA-62115".
      The breaks a lot of our current processes around JIRA exports as we used to have a URL (hyperlink) directed to the issue in our JIRA instance.
