Ouch! We can't load the image displayed when trying to view a JPG saved as a PNG in IE

      Summary

      When attempting to view a JPG file that's saved as a PNG in IE, it displays the 'Ouch! We can't load the image' error.

      Environment

      Verified in IE11, reported to occur in IE10 also.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Upload a JPG file that has been saved as a PNG.
      2. View it in IE.

      Expected Results

      The image renders.

      Actual Results

      The 'Ouch! We can't load the image' error appears.
