Show Full Name Instead of Username When Exporting Issues to CSV

      Users would like Full Names to show in CSV exports of Issues rather than Usernames.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Perform an Export to CSV from Issue Navigator
      2. Open and view generated CSV

      Expected Results

      • Full name shows for assignee and reporter

      Actual Results

      • Username shows for assignee and reporter
