Issue collector is not showing up

      Summary

      The issue collectors (aka feedback dialogs) for JIRA Portfolio, BitBucket Server, and EAC are not showing up.

      The cause is that the issue collector JavaScript file (e.g. https://jira.atlassian.com/s/ce8887042eec4829b88083dad08ebd92-T/en_UKp1nl25/70107/b6b48b2829824b869586ac216d119363/2.0.9/_/download/batch/com.atlassian.jira.collector.plugin.jira-issue-collector-plugin:issuecollector/com.atlassian.jira.collector.plugin.jira-issue-collector-plugin:issuecollector.js?locale=en-UK&collectorId=7007d406) is being cached and the old version of the resource is being returned.

      Workaround

      Clearing the browser cache or a hard refresh of the page fixes the issue.
