Summary
Columns order changed by JIRA randomly for newly saved filter.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run an already saved filter
2. Add new column and Save As with a new name.
3. Make sure the columns set is "Filter" (not My Defaults nor System).
4. Add a column.
Check attached video.
Expected results:
The selected column gets added to the end.
Actual results:
One of two things happens:
1. The selected column is inserted in the middle, and some shifting /shuffling of other columns happens (e.g., the left half of columns get approximately swapped with the right half of columns.
OR
2. All other columns are removed, and only the added column remains.
