      Problem Definition

      Currently it is only possible to set the Permission scheme and Notification Scheme during project creation via a REST API call.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide REST API calls for setting up work flow scheme, issue type scheme and issue type screen scheme when creation project via rest api call.
